Cut it once. Make it fit.

Choose a finger-joint box, a desk organiser with dividers, or a phone and tablet stand (four-piece or two-part). The panels are drawn in true millimetres with your measured kerf and fit allowed for. The page checks that the pieces fill the box with no gaps and no overlaps before you send anything to the laser.

Red lines are cuts. Measure the kerf with the test strips in MakerLab, enter it on the left and the cut path is moved by half the kerf so slots cut to size. Try a spare joint first: a snug fit is better than a loose one that needs glue.
